Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your custom order.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance must be paid once your piñata is completed before pickup or delivery.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Turnaround time depends on the design and availability. We recommend placing your order in advance.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on schedule and may include an additional fee.

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Pickup and/or delivery options will be discussed when confirming your order.

Are all piñatas custom?

Yes, every piñata is uniquely designed and handmade based on your request.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the design and current availability. We recommend placing your order at least 2–4 weeks in advance.

How do I make a payment?

Once your order details are confirmed, you will receive a payment link to submit your deposit securely.
